This guarantees that a request has been received and will lead to a more effective response.
It would help the IT Helpdesk if you could cut and paste any error messages received and give a
full explanation of what the problem is.
The IT Helpdesk is open Monday to Friday

The IT Helpdesk office may also be closed for short periods during lunch, and at some other times for meetings. If making a special journey from offsite to visit the IT Helpdesk, please phone to check availability.
