Matlab Activation
To activate your installed copy of Matlab select "Start->Programs->MATLAB->R2011b->Activate MATLAB 2011b".
When prompted, select Activate automatically using the internet (recommended).
You will now need to create your account with Mathworks. Do this by clicking I need to create an Account (Requires an Activation Key).
Ensure you fill in all the fields accurately before clicking Next.
At this point you will need to check your e-mail for a confirmation request from Mathworks.
The confirmation e-mail will resemble the following:
Clicking the link should open a web browser to confirm you have been successful.
Once you have confirmed your account, you will now be able to click on Next.
You will now be presented with a confirmation page. When you are ready, click Activate.
After a moment you should see the Activation Complete window. Click Finish.
Matlab has now been activated.
