Java Course

The text for the course is the Introduction to Programming Using Java by David J. Eck. It's installed locally for cam.ac.uk access only. If you want a copy of your own see the preface.

Note that

You'll need to have java enabled on your browser to make the most of the document.
The Unix Teaching System has java1.6 ("Java 2 Platform").
Borland's JBuilder IDE is available as a personal-use free version which you might want to install on your own Windows PC

The course is for beginners to computing and includes exercises. Mail Tim Love if you want any help. The links on this page offer supplementary material for CUED people
