This stage enables you to construct a list of functions referenced
against possible solution principles. (See the leaflet An
Introduction to the Design Process for details).
To add a function just click the top button on the left-hand toolbar.
You can then edit the contents of the boxes, and add and delete more functions
using the toolbar. If you want to add or delete solution principle
columns just use the toolbar buttons provided for this task (before deleting
columns you must select them using the buttons at the top of the table).
To add a combination to join together selected solution principles, click the Add Combination button. You can then adjust the line which appears by dragging on the small squares drawn over the line.
To delete a combination, select it first by clicking on it, and then
click the Delete Combination button.
